These terms describe how this version of Sendgrid works and the responsibilities that come with using it.
The service
Sendgrid is a software interface for initiating and tracking ETH and supported ERC-20 transfers on Robinhood Chain. Direct transfers are signed by your wallet. Link payments use a smart contract to hold the deposit until it is claimed or refunded under the contract’s rules.
Your authorization
You are responsible for the transactions you approve, including asset selection, amount, recipient address, network, token approvals, and link expiry. Check these details in both Sendgrid and your wallet before signing. Only send assets you are authorized to transfer.
Claim links
Anyone with a complete claim link may be able to claim the payment. Share links privately and keep copies secure. Recipient labels and notes are for your reference and do not restrict the recipient. Unclaimed payments may be refunded by the sender after expiry. Claimed payments and completed direct transfers cannot be reversed by Sendgrid.
Assets and network fees
Network transaction fees are paid separately in ETH and are not refunded when a payment is refunded. Token availability, transfer eligibility, and issuer restrictions vary. Sendgrid does not guarantee the value, authenticity, liquidity, or availability of any asset.
Availability and third-party services
Transactions depend on your wallet, authentication provider, RPC service, blockchain network, and relevant smart contracts. An unavailable or misconfigured dependency may prevent a payment from being created or completed. A submitted transaction is not complete until the network confirms it.
Appropriate use
Use the service in accordance with applicable requirements and any restrictions attached to an asset. Do not use Sendgrid to mislead others, access an account without authorization, distribute malicious claim links, or interfere with the service.
