Account and wallet information

Privy handles authentication and wallet creation or connection. Sendgrid verifies your authentication token and linked wallet addresses to associate transfers with your account. Privy processes information according to its own privacy policy.

Payment records

Sendgrid stores information needed to create and track payments, including your account identifier, wallet addresses, asset contract, amount, payment type, transaction hashes, payment status, expiry, and any label or note you supply. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in payment notes.

Public blockchain data

Wallet balances, transactions, and escrow events are recorded on a public blockchain. These records may be accessible to others and cannot be removed by Sendgrid. RPC and explorer providers process network requests when the app retrieves balances or transaction information.

Claim links

A claim link includes a secret in its URL fragment. The browser uses that secret to authorize a claim. The secret fragment is not included in ordinary HTTP requests to the site. Anyone who obtains the complete link may be able to claim the payment, so keep it private.

Browser storage and service providers

Authentication and wallet services may use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. Sendgrid uses its database and network providers to operate the payment flow. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data for service operation.

Your choices

You can sign out and disconnect your wallet from the app. Clearing site data removes locally stored browser data but does not remove public blockchain records or server-side payment history. Manage your Privy account through the authentication provider’s available account controls.
