A little help, right here.

Why does my balance show zero?
Check the connected wallet address and network. Only balances on Robinhood Chain appear here. Funds on Ethereum or another EVM network do not automatically appear on Robinhood Chain. If the app reports a network error, try again when the connection is restored.
Why do I need ETH to send another asset?
ETH pays the network transaction fee on Robinhood Chain. A token balance does not replace the ETH needed for an approval, transfer, claim, or refund.
Can someone receive a payment without a wallet?
You can send them a claim link before they have a wallet. They can create an embedded wallet during Privy sign-in, then claim to it. They will need ETH on Robinhood Chain to submit the claim transaction.
Does Sendgrid send the claim link for me?
No. Copy the complete link after funding and share it privately through your preferred messaging channel. Anyone with the complete link can claim the payment, so do not post it publicly.
My payment is pending. What should I do?
Check the transaction in your wallet or the block explorer. Network confirmation can take time. Avoid creating another payment until you know whether the first transaction succeeded. Activity can reconcile a transaction once its receipt is available.
Can I cancel a transfer?
A completed direct transfer cannot be canceled. A funded claim link can be refunded by its sender after expiry, provided it has not been claimed. Open the payment in Activity to see its current status.
Why is a claim link unavailable?
It may already be claimed, refunded, expired, or missing its secret fragment. Ask the sender to check the payment’s status and share the complete link. If escrow is unavailable in the app, link payments need to be enabled by the site operator.
Why did a token transfer fail?
The wallet may have insufficient ETH, the token may restrict transfers, or the asset may use behavior that the escrow contract does not support. Check the wallet error and contract address before retrying.
Looking into a specific transfer? Open Activity to find its status and transaction hash. For a walkthrough, read the Sendgrid guides.
