Connect your wallet, choose your asset, and get your payment where it needs to go.
Getting started
- Sign in with Privy. Use an existing wallet or create an embedded wallet during sign-in.
- Make sure your assets are on Robinhood Chain. The same address on another network has a separate balance.
- Keep ETH in your wallet to pay network transaction fees.
- Open Send and choose a direct transfer or a claim link.
The app reads your balances from the network. It does not credit funds until the associated onchain payment is verified.
Send to a wallet
Choose the asset, enter an amount, and paste the recipient’s full EVM wallet address. Check the address and network, then approve the transfer in your wallet. A completed direct transfer sends funds to the recipient immediately after network confirmation.
You can follow the transaction in Activity and open its block-explorer receipt. A confirmed direct transfer cannot be canceled or refunded by Sendgrid.
Send with a claim link
Use a link when the recipient does not yet have a wallet address to share. Choose your asset, amount, and expiry, then approve the deposit to the escrow contract. For an ERC-20 asset, a separate token approval may be required.
- Fund the payment from your connected wallet.
- Copy the complete claim link after the deposit is confirmed.
- Share it privately with your recipient through your preferred channel.
- The recipient opens the link, signs in, and claims to their wallet.
Whoever has the link can claim it. Keep the full link private. A recipient label or note does not restrict who can claim. Sendgrid does not automatically email, text, or otherwise deliver your link.
Claiming a payment
The recipient can create an embedded wallet with Privy or use an existing wallet. They need ETH on Robinhood Chain for the claim transaction. The app shows a completed claim only after the network confirms it.
Expiry and refunds
Unclaimed payments become refundable to the sender after the chosen expiry. Open the payment in Activity and approve a refund transaction. A refund returns the deposit; network fees are separate. A payment that has already been claimed is not refundable.
Claim links require a configured, deployed Sendgrid escrow contract. The app shows availability before allowing you to fund a link.
ETH and supported tokenized assets
Sendgrid supports native ETH and standard ERC-20 transfers on Robinhood Chain. You can choose a listed token or import a token using its contract address. Verify the contract address with the asset’s issuer; names and symbols alone do not establish authenticity.
Some assets have issuer restrictions, transfer controls, or nonstandard token behavior. Fee-on-transfer, rebasing, and other incompatible assets may not work with claim-link escrow. Asset availability depends on the network and the issuer.
Network fees
Your wallet estimates the network fee before you approve a transaction. Senders pay for transfers and deposits. Recipients pay for claims. Senders pay for refund transactions. Sendgrid does not currently sponsor these fees.
Your account
Privy handles sign-in and wallet connection. Sendgrid associates your verified account and wallet with transfer records so you can view your own activity. Never share a wallet recovery phrase or private key with another person.
